Carlos Eiene

Carlos Eiene (InsaneInTheRain) is an American–Filipino multi-instrumentalist, composer, and YouTuber whose jazz-infused video game music arrangements have captivated a global audience. Based originally in Seattle and now rooted in Boston, he began sharing his inventive jazz interpretations on YouTube in 2012 while studying at Berklee College of Music, where he later graduated in Contemporary Writing & Production. Over the years, he amassed hundreds of arrangements—often playing a wide array of instruments himself—and performed live at gaming events such as MAGFest, PAX, and VGMCon.

Transitioning into original composition around 2022, Carlos released his first album of original music and went on to score video games like Tyrion Cuthbert: Attorney of the Arcane. Still active in the world of video game music, he continues crafting immersive scores and lending his instrumental skills to various media projects.
