Jarrod Radnich

Jarrod Radnich is a celebrated composer, pianist, arranger, producer, educator, and innovator often likened to Franz Liszt. Ranked as one of the most popular living independent classical and instrumental musicians worldwide, he has amassed over half a billion video views and is acclaimed as “the force that is making the piano cool again.” His career highlights include performances at the Emmy Awards and on NBC’s Today Show, and his iconic Pirates of the Caribbean medley, which played daily on a player piano in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland for nearly a decade.

Radnich was a child prodigy who began teaching piano professionally at age 11 and earned full scholarships to Berklee College of Music by 14 and the University of Redlands by 16. As a teenager he became Yamaha’s youngest recording artist, composed his first piano concerto, served as musical director for the McCallum Theatre’s Babes in Arms, and produced a fully orchestrated score for the silent film Metropolis. A serious illness later interrupted his rise, but during recovery he founded the Joshua Tree Philharmonic and continued composing deeply emotional orchestral works that have since earned him international acclaim.

Today, Radnich’s reach spans composition, performance, and education. His award-winning film scores, prolific arranging work for Disney and other major institutions, and innovative remote performances using reproducing pianos highlight both his artistry and technological creativity. He also serves as President and Artistic Director of the Hi-Desert Cultural Center and conductor of the Joshua Tree Philharmonic, maintaining deep ties with his local community while sharing his artistry with audiences around the world.
